The World Cancer Congress is an initiative of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) – which was recognized with Membership Engagement Award – and supports the organization’s mission: ‘to both unite and support the cancer community in its efforts to reduce the global cancer burden, promote greater equity and ensure that cancer control remains a priority on the global health and development agenda’.
The upcoming World Cancer Congress will be hosted in UICC’s hometown, Geneva in Switzerland, on 18-20 October 2022, at the International Conference Centre Geneva (CICG). UICC member organizations from across Europe will be joining in as co-hosts.
More than 1,500 cancer experts are expected to be in Geneva to discuss the latest cancer trends
and projections, share best practices and meet peers in cancer and non-communicable diseases
(NCDs) control from around the world. For more information and registration, visit: www.worldcancercongress.org
